Unsubscribe & Refund


We understand that circumstances may change, and we respect your decision to unsubscribe from LocatePhone. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time.To unsubscribe, please log in to your LocatePhone account and navigate to "Billing" tab. Then click on "Cancel Subscription" button located at the top right corner of the page. Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that after unsubscribing, you will no longer have access to LocatePhone features and services.


At LocatePhone, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

If a plan is canceled before the billing period ends and you have not used LocatePhone during your subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if the servuce has been executed during the billing period, no refund will be issued for that billing period.

Refund policy

If you have not used the service and have complied with the terms, you may request a refund from our customer service team within 14 days of the transaction date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are subject to approval and may be denied if the request does not meet the criteria outlined above.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval. For any inquiries regarding the refund process, please contact your issuing bank to inquire about the credit application to your account.
