To subscribe to LocatePhone, you must complete the registration process and provide your payment information. We offer multiple subscription plans priced in local currency. The subscription plan may include a 24-hour trial period(e.g. at a rate of USD 0.38). After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a weekly or monthly plan (for instance, at USD 49.8 or as specified on the site). To prevent auto-renewal, you must disable this service at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. You can manage your subscription at account settings, or contact our support team via email for assistance with cancellations.
All payments include applicable taxes, and once your payment is processed, you will receive billing information. We use secure payment systems to protect your data, and when working with external vendors, we do not store your personal or card details. Please note that tax fees and exchange rates may fluctuate based on your location.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we respect your decision to unsubscribe from LocatePhone. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time.To unsubscribe, please log in to your LocatePhone account and navigate to "Billing" tab. Then click on "Cancel Subscription" button located at the top right corner of the page. Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that after unsubscribing, you will no longer have access to LocatePhone features and services.

Please note that refunds are not available in all cases. If a plan is canceled before the billing period ends and you have not used LocatePhone during your subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if the service has been executed during the billing period, no refund will be issued for that billing period.
If you have not used the service and have complied with the terms, you may request a refund from our customer service team within 14 days of the transaction date.
